If we’ve learned anything in this pandemic, it’s that we can’t control anything that happens outside of us.  But that doesn’t mean that we’re just at the whim of whatever life – or our own minds – throws our way.  That’d be awful…

I help high school and college students develop the inner connection, confidence, and essential skills to succeed in school and in life.

All of this is grounded in the latest evidence-based neurobiology, psychology, wellness, and nature research, as well as time-tested wisdom practices.

I’m passionate about this work because I firmly believe every single human on the planet would be much better off if they’d learned these things early, before they solidify limiting beliefs and habits that hold them back.  I certainly wish I had.  And I want that for you.

You can be the leader of your own life, choosing who and how you want to be – and then making that happen.   You’ll begin feeling better and more alive right away.  With time and practice, this becomes who you are – and the benefits last a lifetime.

Working Together

I work with teens and young adults in a variety of ways, with the ongoing ways being individual coaching and online programs.  I also offer workshops retreats, and even customized offerings on occasion (and when Covid allows them again).
