Services
Programs & Coaching
Individual coaching and group programs (classes, workshops, retreats) help people reconnect with their wholeness and create well-being through exploration, discovery, healing, and growth. Specializing in managing the mind, trauma-informed coaching, dream sherpa coaching, psychedelic integration, and spiritual and nature reconnection.
Adoption Collective
Collective Circles, coaching, classes, workshops, and retreats for adoptees, first/birth parents, and adoptive parents provide safe, sacred spaces for healing and belonging, while also respecting each person’s individual autonomy. These programs are rooted in wisdom traditions, restorative justice, and the latest trauma, attachment, and neuroscience research.
Books
Children’s books that help children feel a sense of worthiness and belonging, that explore the adoptee experience from a child’s perspective, and other topics. These books are designed as ‘conversation starters’, where children can see themselves and adults can ask questions about thoughts and feelings.
Testimonials
“Mary Beth’s combination of psychology expertise, real-world experience, and her own spiritual practice makes her such a whole-person coach. Working with her was the best gift I could’ve given myself.”
“The retreat I attended with Mary Beth was literally the best and most important thing I’ve ever done in my life. I struggle with extreme anxiety and PTSD on a daily basis. The environment built was so safe and supportive that I was able to push through my discomfort and learn real truths about myself. I’m not who my inner critic says I am. I am more. I am worthwhile. My life has changed tremendously since this retreat, and I’m very grateful.”
